Virtual Consultation

The first meeting will still include a movement assessment, discussion of your goals, an outline of the space available for training and inventory of the equipment you have currently.  There may be recommendations for items to purchase, depending on the results desired.

Group Training

What is Group Personal Training?

It is an economic approach to Personal Training – you get to share your trainer with a small group of friends to increase accountability and make the workouts more fun (and sometimes more competitive!) with socialization.  Your Group can choose from one of the themes below, or propose your own.

Groups are typically 3-6 participants and require $25/participant per class.

Also available for special events ( at-home parties, business lunch-and-learns, stc)

Group Training

Golf Mobility:  A 4-week program teaching myofascial release, warm up techniques and rotational exercises to better prepare you for a great day on the course.

 

5k Training: An 8-week training program aimed to get you from couch potato to 5k finisher.

 

Bootcamp: A variable lengthed mix of calisthenics and compound movements to work your muscles and cardio respiratory system for an effective total body workout

 

Intro to Weight Lifting: An elementary approach to weight-lifting, focusing on the basics and emphasizing good form

 

Mat Pilates: a 6-week program to strengthen your deep core muscles
